| This warranty on your Ice Bear Quad, which is distributed and warranted by Pacific Rim Int’l West Inc., remains in effect for sixty (60) days from the date the end user purchases from the dealer. This warranty applies to all atvs, go karts and regular 2 wheel scooter models.

| What does this warranty cover? |
| Except as specified below this warranty covers all defects in material for this product during the sixty (60) day warranty period.

| What does this warranty not cover? |
| The following are not covered by the warranty--damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from: A) Accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, transit, unauthorized product repair, modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with this product B) repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Pacific Rim Int’l West |
| Labor cost is not covered. The following parts are not covered under warranty: - Tire
- Rim
- Plastic Body parts
- Suspension

| Shipping damages |
| Pacific Rim Int’l West is not responsible for shipping damages. We keep high standards when shipping out an order. The dealer will have to deal with the shipping company directly |
| What will we pay for? |
| If during the applicable warranty period from the delivery date, your Ice Bear vehicles is found to be defective by Pacific Rim Int’l West, we will supply you with replacement part(s) at our option. If your replacement part(s) are not in stock they will be ordered and we will notify you upon their arrival. Some wait time may occur. |
| What will the customer pay? |
| The customer is responsible for the freight cost for shipping out replacement parts and shipping back defective parts, if applicable. |
| How do I file a warranty claim? |
| A) A warranty form must be filled and sent to Pacific Rim Int’l West within five (5) days of delivery date. |
| B) Picture evidence is required for filing a warranty claim. For claims on plastic and lights, please provide pictures with vehicles still in the crate. ___________ Dealer’s Initial Here |
| C) In some cases, Pacific Rim Int’l West requires customer to send in the defective parts for inspection before exchange can be made. Pacific Rim Int’l West will decide if the parts in question are defective or otherwise. Pacific Rim Int’l West does not reimburse the shipping fee. |
