| This warranty on your Ice Bear Quad, which is distributed and warranted by Ice Bear Powersports West Inc., remains in effect for thirty (30) days from the date of the original consumer purchase from Ice Bear Powersports West.
What does this warranty cover?
Except as specified below this warranty covers all defects in material for this product during the thirty (30) day warranty period. What does this warranty not cover? The following are not covered by the warranty-- damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from: A) Accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, transit, unauthorized product repair, modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with this product B) repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Ice Bear Powersports West The following parts are not covered under warranty: 1) Tire 2) Rim 3) Body parts 72 hour shipment inspection policy The warranty does not cover tire, rim or body parts. However, Ice Bear Powersports West understands that damage may occur during shipping. Ice Bear Powersports West is not responsible for shipping damages. The customer needs to deal directly with the shipping company. However, out of good faith, Ice Bear Powersports West provides the 72 hour shipment inspection policy. The customer has 72 hours or 3 working days to report the shipping damage. Ice Bear Powersports West will, at its own discretion, provides replacement parts under the following circumstances: A) picture evidence showing the shipping damage is provided B) shipping and handling cost of replacement part is paid by the customer. What will we pay for? If during the applicable warranty period from the date of original consumer purchase your Ice Bear Quad is found to be defective by Ice Bear Powersports West, we will supply you with replacement part(s) at our option. If your replacement part(s) are not in stock they will be ordered and we will notify you upon their arrival. Some wait time may occur. How do I file a warranty claim? A) A warranty form must be filled and sent to Ice Bear Powersports West within five (5) days of original consumer purchase date. B) Picture evidence is required for filing a warranty claim. C) In some cases, Ice Bear Powersports West requires customer to send in the defective parts for inspection before exchange can be made. Ice Bear Powersports West will decide if the part in question is defective or otherwise. Ice Bear Powersports West does not reimburse the shipping fee. ___________ Customer Initial here
